Hi, I'm Irina.
Psychotherapist and emotional educator.
For over 15 years I have worked with people who want to understand what they are going through and find a direction that matters to them. I also write and speak about mental health beyond the therapy room, bringing these conversations into everyday life.

What guides me
I don't believe people need to be fixed.
Therapy with me is a collaboration grounded in real life. We are not working toward a “perfect” version of you. We try to understand what keeps you stuck and make room for a life that has meaning for you.
Years of study do not mean I know your difficult moments better than you do. I bring my training and attention; you bring the experience of your own life. Judgment and criticism have no place in the therapy room.
How I work
I work mainly with acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). One idea at its heart is that you don't have to feel good to live well. We can make room for difficult thoughts and feelings while taking steps toward what matters to you.
My foundational training is in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). I use CBT tools when they bring structure, clarity, and a better understanding of recurring patterns. I pay attention to what happens in session and to the life you live between our meetings.
